CRM Business Development Manager – Microsoft Dynamics CRM

The role is located in London.
Objectives of role
• The BDM is responsible for working in conjunction with their Business Unit Directors in developing the sales proposition and driving the sale through to successful conclusion.
• The BDM will be charged with maximising business by ensuring long-term strategic relationships at a board level with clients.
Specific Duties
• To provide Board and Senior-level account management on new deals to help leverage the entire portfolio of services across all areas of the client’s business.
• The primary emphasis is on the development and introduction of new business opportunities.
• Establishing sales strategy and account plan for each major opportunity.
• Involvement in all bids, QMS’ and other proposals and key commercial documents.
• Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Skills
• Ability to deliver against sales target – with quality, profitable and sustainable wins.
• Experience track record of senior engagements within the CRM Sector
• Leadership of significant propositions and proposals
• Ideally, participated in formal sales training programmes, such as TAS, SPIN or Miller-Heiman.
Salary
£60000 to £90000 + Bonus + Package
